Fall in love with yourself. Fall in love with life.

Aloha Lovely Readers,
As a long time meditator, Yoga teacher and student, I wanted to share this with you. It only takes 15 minutes of your day and the effects are cumulative. My beloved and I participated in an earlier version called “perfect health” this spring both individually and together and found it to be a wonderful way to mindfully engage our senses, cultivate deep relaxation and create intimacy. It is a particularly easy way for beginners to get a taste of the benefits of yoga meditation practices and It is free- so you have nothing to lose and a great deal to gain. Image
We will be participating (again) beginning August 5th and hope you will too.
